4 Dec. 1997 Sleepless Nights Lonesome girl. Walking blindly, Through the dark streets.- Another late night. Has no place, No where to go. Is tired- Just form walking, But insomnia will soon take over. There is no need for sleep. Fading memories, Of better times. There was once a sense of belonging. She now lives in the insecurity Of her selfish self-pity. Is now unable to escape The persistent dreams, Which haunt her, Both day and night. Bad dreams. Nightmares. Each one worse than the one before. Each one erasing the last of her courage- Her only will to survive And replacing it with an immense fear, Which is impossible to hide.
